Swam this morning. Not really feeling 100% for some reason. Maybe not enough sleep, maybe starting to get a little bit sick, maybe I just need the time to change already so I can have the extra hour

Anyway, sort of a short swim.
200m warm up.
300m endurance
100m endurance
200m endurance
200m cool down
...or something like that, wasn't really counting.

Swam this morning.

Very, very light. Still not feeling well.

200m w/u
maybe 300m of other stuff 50-100m at a time.
Just didn't have enough energy to do anything else.
