Did a swim this morning, trying to burn off some calories before all the Christmas stuff going on.

200m warm up
600m endurance
4x25m speed (on 60 seconds, finishing in about 18-20 seconds)
200m muscular endurance
100m endurance
150(?)m cool down

I think it was 1300m total.

the pool was pretty quiet today, no swim team so m and I had a lane to ourselves.

I feel like I need to make a post on pool etiquette. Maybe that will be for a different day.
However, I just need to get this off my chest. There is this guy in the pool that just doesn't get it. The bottom line is that you are not in the pool alone. You do have to share the lane with other people. If you are faster than other people then you need to figure out how to deal with that and work with the other people in the lane to make sure the experience is good for everyone. If you act like an asshole, then no one will cut you any slack and they will be less willing to make your workout easy for you. This isn't rocket science, just play nice...
