Did a swim this morning. (No Simon. YAY!)

200m warm up
700m endurance (actually probably a little on the fast side)
3x100m Force (with paddles)
100m muscular endurance (but not really, how do you do that with only 100m?)
200m cool down

1500m total.

4x50m speed (finishing on about 43 seconds, leaving every 1:45)
200m muscular endurance (on about a 1:35/100m pace)
200m cool down.

2x100m force (with paddles)
150m muscular endurance (50's on about 45 seconds)
200m cool down

1500m total.
