Did a swim this morning. For some reason I was feeling very sluggish and I just couldn't get moving.

I probably did less than 700m total and it was all at endurance pace.

Swim

Did a swim this morning. The pool was very, very warm this morning so I didn't really get a good workout in. I actually don't know how much I did, maybe 1200m at most, only in 200m chunks.
