3x300m endurance (up to M.E. pace)
200m cool down

3x300m Muscular Endurance (finish on 5:00, leave on 6:30)
200m cool down

Did a recovery swim today. Very easy, just wanted to get moving after yesterday's race.

200m warm up
~800m endurance (I lost count)
200m cool down

1200m total, very easy.

Swim

Did a swim this evening. This was another race-prep workout.

200m warm up.
6x50m Power, finishing on ~35-40 seconds, 45 seconds rest interval.
300m endurance.
200m cool down.

1000m total, nice quick workout with a little bit of intensity.
