2x300m at a good pace
200m a little bit lighter pace
200m cool down

We did a swim this morning.
200m warm up.
something like 700m of 150-300m sets
200m cool down.
Since we aren't in race season (and won't be for a long time) there isn't too much emphasis on swim workouts right now.

We did a swim this morning. The pool was closed last week because they were getting the roof re-done on it so this was the first swim in a little more than a week.
M did 1500m, I don't know how much I did, probably around 1200m or so.
