Did some weights this morning.

We were a little late getting to the gym this morning so this was a quick workout

Seated row
Ab crunches
Leg stretches.

We did weights this morning.

Leg press
Hamstring curl
Seated Row
Lat pulldown
Stability ball crunches
Leg stretches.

Strength training

Did some strength training this morning. We are now in the maintenance phase of strength training so we only do weights once a week and they aren't anything really hard. I could probably get away without any strength training but m would probably lose too much strength if she didn't do it. So we continue with the strength training.

Leg Press: 310lbs 10 reps, 3 sets
Seated Row: 50kgs, 10 reps, 3 sets
Hamstring Curl: 70lbs, 20 reps, 3 sets
Lat pulldown: 100lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets
Stability ball crunches: 20 reps, 3 sets.

And finally a bunch of leg stretches. My knee has been bothering me a little bit lately and I think that most of the problem is from not properly stretching.

Seated row 40 reps, 3 sets, 30 kgs
Hamstring curl 20 reps, 3 sets, 70 lbs
Lat pulldown 40 reps, 3 sets, 50 lbs
Stability ball crunchs 20 reps, 3 sets.

Did strength training this morning. Now in the Muscular Endurance phase, more on what we are doing in this phase later.
